Common questions

Do I have to attend the calls live?

Nope. Every call will be recorded and available for you to watch whenever works. That said, being live is a great way to ask questions and get answers in real time.

Is this just for people with periods?

Not at all. This is for any woman at any hormonal stage — whether you're cycling, in perimenopause, or post-menopause. Even thyroid issues! We'll specifically address guidance for each. Hormones don't stop mattering after menopause, they just shift.

I'm on hormone replacement therapy. Can I still participate?

Absolutely. Nothing in this challenge conflicts with HRT or other medications. This is food and lifestyle support. Always a good idea, no matter what else you're doing. We'd just encourage you to keep your doctor in the loop on anything new.

How do I pick up the juice?

We'll share pickup details when you register. You'll get all 30 bottles at once at the start of the challenge. These bottles are smaller, shot size, so they won't take up too much freezer space.

Will I see results in 30 days?
